أُبَآءٌ

أُبَآءٌ , or أُبَآءٌ مِنَ الطَّعَامِ, A dislike, or loathing, of food: of the measure فُعَالٌ, with damm, because it is like a disease, and nouns significant of diseases are generally of that measure. You say, أَخَذَهُ أُبَآءٌ مِنَ الطَّعَامِ He was, or became, taken, or affected, with a dislike, or loathing, of food.
