أَغَمٌّ

Full Definition

أَغَمٌّ , and أَغَمُّ الوَجْهِ وَالقَفَا, A man whose hair flows down so that the face and the back of the neck are narrowed: and in like manner [the fem.] غَمَّآءُ is applied to a woman.
2 غَمَّآءُ applied to the forelock (نَاصِيَة) of a horse means Excessively abundant in the hair: and such is disliked.
3 And سَحَابٌ أَغَمٌّ means Clouds in which is no gap, or interstice.
