أَنْبَجَانٌ Dough that has become in a state of fermentation, and inflated, or swollen, and sour: in some books written with خ; but heard from the Arabs with ج, accord. to Aboo-Sa'eed and Abu-l-Ghowth and others: there is no word like it except أَرْوَنَانٌ.
