اتخمهُIV , (S and K in art. وخم,) originally أَوْخَمَهُ; or formed from تُخَمَةٌ, in consequence of imagining the ت in this word to be radical; said of food, It caused him to suffer from تُخَمَة [or indigestion]. (S and K in art. وخم.)
