Full Definition

اطلتIV She had with her a young one, which is termed طَلًا.

def.2 اطلى He had an inclining of the neck towards one side when said of a man, on the occasion of death, or on some other occasion.
2 Hence, مَا أَطْلَى نَبِىٌّ قَطُّ, occurring in a trad., means مَا مَالَ إِلَى هَوَاهُ [i. e. No prophet ever inclined to his natural desire]: as some relate it, مَا ٱطَّلَى; but this is a mistake.
