انسبتVII [It became cut off, interrupted, put a stop to, or put an end to, or it ceased: meanings indicated in this art. in the M and TA.
2 ] It became extended: or long and extended, together with softness. It is said in a description of the countenance of the Prophet, كَانَ فِى وَجْهِهِ ٱنْسِبَاتٌ There was, in his face, length, and extension.
3 It became soft by the process of tanning.
4 انسبتت الرُّطَبَةُ The date became wholly pervaded by ripeness: and became soft. And انسبت الرُّطَبُ The dates became all ripe, or ripe throughout.
