Full Definition

تطبّعV He affected what was not in his natural disposition. You say, تطبّع بِطِبَاعِهِ He affected, or feigned, his [i. e. another's] natural dispositions.
2 Also It became full or filled: quasi-pass. of طبّعهُ. And تطبّع بِالمَآءِ It overflowed its sides with the water, and poured it forth abundantly.
