خَاصٍ [act. part. n. of 1]. They say, جَآءَ كَخَاصِى العَيْرِ [lit. He came like the gelder of the ass], meaning he came ashamed: (JK, and TA in art. جوج:) and also, disappointed, or unsuccessful.
