ذُرَاوَةٌ (vulgarly pronounced دَرَاوَةٌ, TA) What has become broken into small particles, and dried up, or of what has dried up, of a plant, or of herbage, and has been blown away by the wind.
2 And What has fallen of, or from, corn, or especially wheat, in the process of winnowing. And What has fallen of, or from, a thing; as also ذُرًى .
