رَاقُودٌ A large vessel of the kind called دَنّ: or a vessel of the kind so called, or a vessel in form like the دَنّ, resembling an إِرْدَبَّة, long in the lower part, smeared inside with pitch: or an oblong earthen jar, smeared with pitch: an arabicized word: pl. رَوَاقِيدُ.
2 And A certain fish, small, of the size of the finger, and round; found in the sea.
