Full Definition

رغّىII , Verbal.Noun تَرْغِيَةٌ, said of milk, It frothed; it had رَغْوَة [or froth]; as also ارغى , Verbal.Noun إِرْغَآءٌ; and رَغَا , Present.T يَرْغُو, Verbal.Noun رَغْوٌ: or it had much froth; as also ارغى : or its froth estuated.
2 [Hence,] أَمْسَتْ إِبِلُهُمْ تُرَغِّى وَتُنَشِّفُ, i. e. [Their camels became, or became in the evening, so as that they yielded frothy milk; or so as that] they had رَغْوَة and نُشَافَة.

def.2 تَرْغِيَةٌ also signifies The act of angering [another].
