رَكَزَI , Present.T ـُ and ـِ Verbal.Noun رَكْزٌ, He stuck, or fixed, a spear, and a stick, or some other thing, into the ground, upright; as also ركّز , Verbal.Noun تَرْكِيزٌ. You say also, رَكَزَ الحَرُّ السَّفَى, Present.T ـُ Verbal.Noun رَكْزٌ, The heat made the thornbushes fast in the ground [by hardening the soil]. And رَكَزَ ٱللّٰهُ المعَادِنَ فِى الجِبَالِ God fixed the metals, or minerals, in the mountains: or caused them to exist therein. And رَكَزَ المَالَ, Verbal.Noun as above, He buried the property.
