ـَ; Verbal.Noun سُخُونَةٌ, which is of the first [agreeably with analogy] and of the second also, and سُخْنَةٌ, which is of the first, and سُخْنٌ, (MA, L, K, [accord. to some copies of the K, in which بِضَمَّتَيْنِ is put instead of بِضَمِّهِنَّ after these three inf. ns., سُخُنٌ,]) which is likewise of the first, [or of the first and second,] and سَخَانَةٌ, [also of the first accord. to general analogy,] and سَخَنٌ, [which is of the third verb;] It was, or became, hot, or warm; said of water, &c. And سَخَنَتِ النَّارُ, and القِدْرُ, [and سَخُنَت,] Present.T
