شِيْئَةٌ
[Will, wish, or desire,] a subst. from شَآءَهُ, [and] so is
مَشِيْئَةٌ [which is mentioned in the K as an Verbal.Noun]. One says, كُلُّشَىْءٍ بِشِيْئَةِ ٱللّٰهِ, i. e.
[Everything is by the will of God].
