Full Definition

صَاقُورٌ [A pickaxe;] a large فَأْس with one slender head, with which stones are broken; i. q. مِعْوَلٌ; and صَوْقَرٌ signifies the same; [but] this latter is expl. by IDrd as meaning a thick فَأْس with which stones are broken.
