ضَفُوفٌ Having much milk, not to be milked save with the whole hand; applied to a camel, and to a ewe or goat: so in a verse cited voce صُوفٌ, as some relate it; but as others relate it, the word is صَفُوف, with ص.
2 And [hence, app.,] عَيْنٌ ضَفُوفٌ A source abounding with water.
