غُمَّى

Full Definition

غُمَّى : see غَمٌّ, latter half, in four places.
2 Also A calamity, or misfortune; and so غَمَّآءُ ; and غُمَّآءُ , likewise, is said to be allowable. And A hard, or difficult, affair or case, in relation to which one knows not the right course to pursue; as also غَمَّى , and غَمَّآءُ .
