فِتَاحَةٌ

Full Definition

فِتَاحَةٌ [see 1, near the end].
2 [As a subst.,] The office of judge: one says, فُلَانٌ وُلِّىَ الفِتَاحَةَ Such a one was appointed to the office of judge.
3 And [ Litigation, or altercation:] one says, بَيْنَهُمَا فِتَاحَاتٌ Between them two are litigations, or altercations.
