Verbal.Noun فَدِيدٌ and فَدٌّ, He uttered his voice, called out, cried out, or vociferated: or did so vehemently: or raised his voice; and so
فَدْفَدَ , said of a man, and of a camel: or they made a sound by running: or made a sound by running with their pastors and those driving them with singing: or he, or it, made a sound like that termed
حَفِيفٌ; as also
فَدْفَدَ , Verbal.Noun فَدْفَدَةٌ: and he ran, making a sound by his running.

Verbal.Noun فَدِيدٌ, It moved, or flapped, (حَثَّ,) its wings, expanding and contracting them.
