Full Definition

فَزَّI , Present.T فَزِزَ Verbal.Noun فَزٌّ, He was, or became, frightened, or afraid.
2 فَزَّ قَلْبُهُ His heart heaved by reason of fear.
3 فَزَّ عَنْهُ He turned away from him. And He separated himself from him, and became alone.

def.2 فَزَّ, Present.T فَزِزَ Verbal.Noun فَزَازَةٌ and فُزُوزَةٌ, He became excited with ardour, or eagerness.

def.3 فَزَّ فُلَانًا عَنْ مَوْضِعِهِ, Verbal.Noun فَزٌّ, He disturbed, removed, or unsettled, such a one from his place: or he frightened, and disturbed, or removed, or unsettled, such a one from his place, and made his courage to fly away: and [in like manner] he frightened him; or, as in some copies of the K, he disturbed or disquieted him; or he frightened him, and disturbed or disquieted or unsettled him, and made his courage to fly away.
