فَسُلَI , with damm, like كَرُمَ; and فَسِلَ, like عَلِمَ; and فُسِلَ, of the form of that whereof the agent is not named, like عُنِىَ; Verbal.Noun فَسَالَةٌ and فُسُولَةٌ and فُسُولٌ; He was, or became, low, base, ignoble, vile, or mean; such as had no manliness, or manly virtue, and no hardiness.
