قُمَاحٌ , a subst. from قَمَحَ or قَامَحَ, Aversion of a camel from drinking, by reason of the thirst's being satisfied, or of loathing, or of the coldness of the water, or of some disease. (L. [See also حُمَامٌ.]) Hence شَهْرَا قُمَاحٍ, also called شَهْرَا قِمَاحٍ: see 3.
