Full Definition

كُسُورٌ The turnings, bendings, or windings, (مَعَاطِف, K, TA,) and parts eaten away by torrents, (جِرَفَة, TA,) and ravines, (شِعَاب, K, TA,) of valleys, and of mountains: a pl. without a sing.: you do not say كَسْرُ الوَادِى nor كِسْرُ الوادى.
2 أَرْضٌ ذَاتُ كُسُورٍ A land having [places of] ascent and descent.
