مَبْرَقٌ [A shining, gleaming, or glistening: or a time thereof]. You say, جَاءَ عِنْدَ مَبْرَقِ الصُّبْحِ [He came at the shining, &c., or at the time of the shining, &c., of the dawn; or] when the dawn shone, or gleamed, or glistened. (K, TA.
