Full Definition

مُخَلَّعٌ A man having the buttocks apart, or parted.
2 And مُخَلَّعٌ A weak, and soft, or flabby, man. [See also خَيْلَعٌ.]
3 A man in whom is what resembles a loss of reason, or a touch of insanity or of diabolical possession: and a man insane, or possessed by a jinnee.
