Full Definition

مَذْؤُوبٌ A man frightened by wolves: or whose sheep, or goats, have been fallen upon by the wolf.
2 [And hence,] Frightened [as though by a wolf].

def.2 Also A horse, or such as is called بِرْذَوْنٌ, and, accord. to the Tekmileh, an ass, and so مَذْبُوبٌ, as though from ذِيبَةٌ for ذِئْبَةٌ, Affected with the disease termed ذِئْبَةٌ.
