مَرْمَارٌ and مُرْمُورٌ [in the L, TA written مَرْمُورٌ, which is app. a mistake, as صَعْفُوقٌ is said to be the only Arabic word of good authority that is of this measure, and the fem. is expressly said in the K to be with damm,] and مُرَامِرٌ A body soft, and that quivers, or quakes, [by reason of its fleshiness,] when the person stands up, or rises: or [simply] soft. And مَرَمَارَةٌ and , with damm, [in two copies of the S written مَرْمُورَةٌ,] applied to a damsel, or girl, or to a woman, Soft, and quivering, or quaking, in her flesh, when she stands up, or rises.
