مَنْظُورٌ
A man looked at with an evil eye: affected by what is termed a
نَظْرَة; i. e., a stroke of an [evil] eye; [or of an evil eye cast by a jinnee; or a touch, or slight taint of insanity, from the jinn;] or a swoon.
2 A person, or chief person, whose bounty is hoped for, and at whom eyes glance.
