اخبىIV He extinguished the fire; he allayed, or extinguished, the flaming, or blazing, of the fire.
2 And [hence,] اخبى الحَرْبَ He extinguished [or allayed] the fire of the war. And اخبى حِدَّةَ النَّاقَهِ He extinguished [or allayed] the sharpness, or irascibility, of the she-camel.
