ارقدّIX , Verbal.Noun اِرْقِدَادٌ, He hastened; or was quick, or swift; in his pace, or going: or he ran vehemently; as also ارمدّ; said of a camel: (AA, T in art. رمد:) or he ran with leaps, or bounds, as though leaping, or bounding, from a thing: (As, L in art. رمد:) or he went at random, heedlessly, headlong, or in a headlong course; and quickly; (As, JK, L in art. رمد;) as also ارمدّ.
