تَعَرَّضَ لِأَنْ يُعْلَنَ بِهِ [app. meaning He addressed himself to being, or sought to be, made publicly known].
2 [And] اِسْتِعْلَانٌ signifies [or is said to signify] The seeking, or desiring, to lay open, manifest, reveal, make public, or publish.
