Full Definition

اضرحIV i. q. أَبْعَدَ: you say, أَضْرِحْهُ عَنْكَ, or , (so in one of my copies of the S, [i. e. اِضْرَحْهُ, from ضَرَحَهُ, in my other copy of the S اضْرحْهُ, so that the correct form of the verb in this sense is doubtful,]) meaning أَبْعِدْهُ [i. e. Remove thou, or put far away, him, or it, from thee]. [In the TA, it is also expl. as meaning دَفَعَ, which is likewise a signification of ضَرَحَ.]
2 And He corrupted, or vitiated, him, or it.
3 And أَضْرَحْتُ السُّوقَ I made, or found, the market to be stagnant, or dull, with respect to traffic; syn. أَكْسَدْتُهَا.
