is from الضَّلَاعَةُ [Verbal.Noun of ضَلُعَ] meaning “ the being strong, or powerful; ” الاِضْطِلَاعُ بِالشَّىْءِ signifying The raising the thing upon one's back, and rising with it, and having strength, or power, sufficient for it.
