Full Definition

انتصّVIII He, or it, became raised, or elevated, or high: or became even and erect. [In a copy of the A, the verb in these senses, and relating to a camel's hump, is written نَصَّ.] You say also, انتصّت العَرُوسُ, or انتصّت على المِنَصَّةِ, The bride became raised, or seated, or shown or displayed, upon the مِنَصَّة.
