Full Definition
def.2 انصب الحَدِيثَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللّٰهِ He ascribed, or attributed, the tradition to the Apostle of God; syn. أَسْنَدَهُ إِلَيْهِ and رَفَعَهُ.
def.3 انصبه He assigned him, or gave him, a نَصِيب; i. e., a lot, or portion.
def.4 انصب السِّكِّينَ He made, or put, a handle (نِصَاب) to the knife.
