Full Definition
انفسخVII
It became dislocated, luxated, or disjointed; as also
تفسّخ . One says, وَقَعَ فُلَانٌ فَٱنْفَسَخَتْ قَدَمُهُ
Such a one fell, and his foot became dislocated.
2 It became removed from its place by the hand.
3 It became dissundered by putrefaction; as also تفسّخ .
4 And, said of a sale, and a determination, resolution, or decision, and a marriage, [and a contract, compact, or covenant, ] and an affair, It became undone, dissolved, or annulled.
5 Also said of a weak man, [app. as meaning He became unnerved,] on an occasion of difficulty. (L: see فَسِيخٌ.)
