تَشَابُهٌVI signifies The being equal, or uniform; syn. اِسْتِوَآءٌ: [or rather the being consimilar.] You say, تَشَابَهَا They were like, or they resembled, each other. And الخُطُوطُ تَتَشَابَهُ The lines are like one another; the lines resemble one another.
