Full Definition

تَمَاسَكَVI He withheld, or restrained, himself: he was able, or powerful; as also تَمَالَكَ, q. v.
2 مَا تَمَاسَكَ أَنْ فَعَلَ كَذَا He could not restrain himself from doing so; syn. مَا تَمَالكَ.
3 تَمَاسَكَ It held together.
4 إِنَّهُ لَذُو تَمَاسُكٍ Verily he possesses intelligence. And مَابِهِ تَمَاسُكٌ There is no good in him. See مُسْكَةٌ.
