مُسْتَرْسِل: or was, or became, short: and جَعِدَ, [Present.T
ـَ] Verbal.Noun جَعَدٌ, signifies the same; as also
تجعّد .
2 It became contracted, and compacted in lumps; as also
تجعّد ; said of earth, or of moist earth. [The Verbal.Noun] جُعُودَةٌ is also sometimes used in describing the state of the froth, or foam, of a camel's mouth, when it is accumulated. (S.[See جَعْدٌ.])
