حَشِيَّةٌ

Full Definition

حَشِيَّةٌ A stuffed bed: pl. حَشَايَا. ['Antarah says that a saddle was to him what the حَشِيَّة, or stuffed bed, is to others: see EM p. 229.]
2 Also, and مِحْشًى , A pillow, or the like, with which a woman makes her posteriors or her body to appear large: pl. of the former as above; and of the latter مَحَاشٍ. (S, TA. [In the S, it is only said of the former that it is the sing. of حَشَايَا.])
3 [Also the former, The pad of a رَحْل : see مِرْبَطَةٌ.]
