حكّرII , Verbal.Noun تَحْكِيرٌ, as used by the people of Egypt, [He made the land of such a one to be a حِكْر; i. e.] he [enclosed, and] debarred others from building upon, [or otherwise making use of,] the land of such a one. [A post-classical phrase: see حِكْرٌ.]
