خُصْلَةٌ A لَفِيفَة, [i. e.] a lock, or flock, or a plexus, or a quantity collected [or hanging] together, of hair, and of wool, (PS, and S and K in art. جز,) &c.: or a small quantity of hair; as also خَصِيلَةٌ , as in the M: pl. خُصَلٌ.
