3 خُيِّفَتْ عُمُورُ اللِّثَةِ مِنَ الأَسْنَانِ, or بَيْنَ الأَسْنَانِ,
def.2 خيّف He alighted, or descended and stopped or sojourned or abode, in a place; as also خيّم.
2 خيّف عِنْدَ القِتَالِ, or عَنِ القِتَالِ, He receded, drew back, or desisted, on the occasion of fight, or from fight.
