دَهْرٌ and دَهْرٌ are phrases in which the epithet has an intensive effect, [meaning A long, or an endless, period, or course, of time,] like أَبَدٌ أَبِيدٌ and أَبَدٌ آبِدٌ: or a severe, or calamitous, age. [See also دَهَارِيرُ.]
