is sing. of ذَلَاذِلُ, which signifies The lower, or lowest, parts, that are next the ground, of a shirt, or of a long shirt; and IAar says that the sing. is

ذِلْذِلَةٌ , also; and they are also called ذَنَاذِنُ, pl. of ذِنْذِنٌ; and دَنَادِنُ: (K in art. دن:) or ذُلْذُلٌ and
ذِلْذِلٌ and
ذِلْذِلَةٌ and
and
all signify the lower, or lowest, parts of a long shirt when it dangles and becomes old and worn out; as also ذَلَاذِلُ; [or rather] this last is pl. of all the foregoing words; and
and
[in some copies of the K, erroneously, ذَلْذَل, or ذَلْذُل, and ذَلْذَلَة,] signify the same; [or rather] the former of these two is a contraction of the pl. ذَلَاذِلُ [and the latter of them is the same contracted pl. with the addition of ة].
