شَحْنَآءُ
Rancour, malevolence, malice, or spite: or vehement hatred: and enmity; as also
شِحْنَةٌ . Hence the saying, كَانَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ أَخِيهِ شَحْنَآءُ i. e. [There was between him and his brother] enmity.
