Full Definition

شُرْسُوفٌ The غُضْرُوف [or cartilage] attached to each rib; like the غُضْرُوف of the scapula: or the extremity of the rib, projecting over the belly: or the head of the rib, next the belly: or a rib having a غُضْرُوف [or cartilage] at its extremity: pl. شَرَاسِيفُ.

3 And A captive having his arms bound behind his back.
