Full Definition

شَعَّI , Present.T شَعِعَ Verbal.Noun شَعَاعٌ and شَعٌّ, It became scattered, or dispersed; said of a thing; like شَاعَ, Present.T يَشِيعُ; of the urine of a camel; and of a people, or party; [like شَغَّ;] and [in like manner] شَعَاعٌ is used in relation to blood, &c., as meaning the being scattered. (S, O, K, TA. [See also شَعَاعٌ, below; and شُعَاعٌ.])

2 And شَعَّ الغَارَةَ, Verbal.Noun شَعٌّ; and ; He poured upon them the horsemen making a sudden attack and engaging in conflict, or urging on their horses; and in like manner, الخَيْلَ.
