صِقَالٌ an Verbal.Noun of صَقَلَهُ, or a simple subst. [See 1, first sentence.]
2 صِقَالُ الفَرَسِ The tending of the horse well, taking good care of him, supplying him with fodder and fattening him. One says, الفَرَسُ فِى صِقَالِهِ [The horse is in his state of good tending and feeding]. [See also 1, second sentence].
