صِيرَةٌ , accord. to A'Obeyd صِيْرَةٌ, with fet-h, but Az says that this is a mistake, An enclosure (حَظِيرَة) for sheep or goats and for cows or bulls, constructed of wood and stones and of branches of trees; as also صِيَارَةٌ , which latter is said by IDrd to be of the dial. of the people of Baghdád: pl. of the former صِيَرٌ and [coll. gen. n.] صِيرٌ .
